First, we work really hard so you don’t have to wait in our office. We take appointment times very seriously.
Second, we know that tons of people come to the office with more than one kid. We want to make sure your families time in our office is something pleasant and memorable. That’s why we built a new Game room (and because our employees sneak in and play XBox during lunch…). We don’t want to turn our office into FastLane, but we also want to make sure that people have options – especially if they have kids waiting.
So, we went ahead and updated our gaming system to an XBox One, added an iPad bar, and also super comfortable chairs for parents to hang out with their kids.
